One of the most asked questions in our industry. The technologies are different, each has their positives and depending on who you speak to they are both the best.
We would like you to make the decision, come into our showroom and watch the same image on both types of screens and you decide. Does it really matter what we tell you is the best? You are the one who is going to be watching it everyday.
The most important decision is the after sales service. If you buy a Plasma for less than $2000 and it dies just out of warranty are you going to be happy? If you spent a little bit more on a quality product from a well known, quality manufacturer and got more life out of the screen, wouldn’t that be better value in the long run?
Extend the warranty as long as you can, peace of mind is cheap (approx. $10 per month)
Invest in a power surge protector, at $199 you won’t notice the surge, but you will when you have to bring your plasma in for repair!
